How much is shipping? How long does it take?
Once we receive an order it is generally filled in 24 hours. That's once we receive the order. We ship M-F excluding Holidays.
Does the customer receive a shipping tracking number?
Yes all shipments include a tracking number that is emailed to you for your convenience.
How do I get FREE shipping?
Yes - you really can get FREE shipping in the US (or free International shipping to Canada– both a $30 value) When your order totals over $300 or more in products. Offer not available to other countries.
Can I order if I live outside of the U.S.? (International Orders)
Yes we ship worldwide.
International orders (as are all orders) are generally shipped the next day, as received, and can take from 8 to 21 days on average to be delivered.
How are they packaged? Are you discreet?
All packaging is discreet - plain boxes with an address label, or in USPS express shipping packaging.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes we do – we can ship to any address.
Do you ship COD?
We only ship wholesale orders COD - We take Credit cards, cash or money orders. Click here for more info.
